NO-SHOWS & LAST MINUTE cancellations disadvantage our business enormously.
Our Booking & Cancellation policy is designed and enforced to protect our business and ensure all our clients are fairly treated.
We not only employ and invest in the very best therapists, we endeavour to give all our clients their preferred days & times.
Therefore, we hope that you appreciate the introduction of our Booking & Cancellation policy.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings values over $50.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, we kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client.
Your deposit will be held for your next booking or refunded.
However, if you do not provide us with 24 hours notice or fail to show to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
